Buddy the Beaver is Spooked by His Reflection

Buddy the Beaver is walking along the shore of a river deep in the Adirondacks. It's his first time venturing out alone from the beaver family dam, and he's walking proud. It's a beautiful summer day. The birds are chirping and the dragonflies are buzzing around over the surface of the river. Buddy the Beaver stops to look at the river. It's his first time seeing it from this angle, the sun shining brightly from above. Buddy peeks into the river, looking down, and he is startled by what he sees! He jumps back and falls on his bottom. Buddy the Beaver sits for a moment with a puzzled look on his face. Finally, he stands up, peeks into the water — and there it is again! A beaver that looks just like him! Buddy the Beaver cries out, "Who are you!" Buddy the Beaver has his first look at his reflection. Upon seeing the reflection mouth back the same thing he said, he finally realizes and learns that water is reflective and he can see himself if he looks at it in the right light!
