Studio collaboration

Open the project. Keep control of access.

A creative review can become a working session. Give a collaborator access to the film, let an editor refine it, or allow a trusted teammate to generate the next take—all through their own account.

01

Share a project, not your whole library

Organize stories in project folders. Grant access to selected folders, or all projects when that suits the team. Choose the scope that matches the collaboration.

Share a product concept folder while keeping other stories private.

02

Choose what each person can do

Set access for viewing and editing, then decide separately whether someone may generate footage or create new stories. Share the invitation link so they can join with their own account.

An editor can work on the story; generation can remain with the owner.

03

Keep production on the Studio account

Authorized collaborators can generate or regenerate scenes and create stories using the Studio owner’s credits. The owner controls those permissions, so access and generation responsibility stay explicit.

Enable generation for the teammate producing the next round of takes.

From intent to result

A few decisions.
A more deliberate film.

  1. 01

    Organize the project

Put the stories you want to share in a project folder.

  2. 02

    Invite and set access

Choose the folders and permissions for your collaborator.

  3. 03

    Create together

Review, edit and—when allowed—generate using Studio credits.

Before you begin

Questions worth asking.

See plans and credit details →
Can someone edit without spending my credits?

Yes. Editing and generation permissions are separate. Choose the level of access appropriate for the collaborator.

Can I share only one project?

Yes. Use selected project-folder access rather than access to all projects. Place the stories for that collaboration in the shared folder.

Whose credits are used?

When a collaborator has permission to generate or create on your Studio account, that work uses the Studio owner’s credits.

How do I send an invitation?

Create the invitation in the Studio team area and share its link with your collaborator. They accept it using their own account.
